I FRINGED IT

Been meaning to go to Tab for a long time now, but I have surprisingly been very happy with my new dark hair, and since I want to keep it long I didn't really think about it needing a trim. But after I finished Tab's HOT new website (www.taboohairstudio.com) he asked me to come in for a hair update. And I can never say no cause Tab is awesome and always does such a great job. If you're in Sydney I highly recommend him.








Have wanted to have a fringe for a while now. But a voice in my head, being my brothers has told me NO NO NO. My brother has this thing for fringes, he doesn't like them. He keeps saying how a sexy lady can go so wrong once she cuts a fringe. His biggest crush from Fast and the Furious Jordana Brewster cut a fringe in the latest movie (don't know if you all noticed??) and his response was "Eh... the movie looks cool but OH MY GOD she has ha fringe. She has a FRINGE. It's such a shame. She still looks OK though..."

I have listened to him. To this day. Hohooo. I wanted something different and I was very inspired by Chanel's Spring 2010 collection, where all the models carried side swept, light fringes. I think it's very romantic. I was scared it wouldn't work as well on me, being brunette but Tab convinced me otherwise.








I love it. I don't regret any part of it, rather thinking it should go thicker. (once my hair gets a bit stronger.) So thank you Tab. Amazing job, as always. Tomorrow b-friend is off to update his Wolverine look. Hehee...

JUST GOT HOME - ITS FRIDAY!

Left the office half an hour early. Whooo! Just about to start on dinner - mm... lamb, a little bit of Casillero del Diablo, a fresh summer salad and some haloumi cheese. Yum. Marinating the lamb with lemon & orange zest, chili, cumin, rosemary and olive oil. Easy peasy in the over - healthy and delicious. Haloumi must be my favourtie cheese, I used to be a feta fan but now I'm a haloumi girl... with heeeaps of lemon.

My latest girl crush... which has been on going for a while now is fashiontoast.com 's very own Rumi Neely. Little lady from San Fran , US of A- she is absolutely stunning, and is always looking smokin hot. Awesome style, unique and just so... cool. She teams things that no one else seems to think of and nails different inspired looks every single time. This girl can do no wrong.

Very much my latest inspiration and probably my biggest crush right now. Except for my new bike... which I will be showing off very soon... Hoohoo. Ridden it for two days now, and the only thing bad about it is it attracts a liiiitle bit too much attention sometimes. Not that I mind. ;)

Anger! The once dress in my life that I have spent most money on and is absolutely most happy with has been stolen! On msn.se my eye caught this photo - Agnes, Scarlett Jo and Brit - all wearing my dress! Nooo... It's mine... I've only worn my little Roberto Cavalli number once - at NYE 2007/2008. I love this this dress, it is absolutely amazing and sits like it was made for me (even though I could fit in a bit more... boob. Haha)

SHE TOOK ME TO A PLACE WHERE MY SENSES GAVE WAY

The whooooole day off resulted in walk with Miss Anna which is always just as good. It felt so good to get out and get some fresh air! The walk took a pause with a salad lunch and a great coffee. Anna is like my second mum over here, an absolutely amazing lady.

I attempted a rib-eye steak dinner for b-friend when he got home from work, I hope and pray that my efforts semi-succeeded.

Today I had reached a record number of visitors to my blog! Hurray for me! I am celebrating with a grape/ strawberry flavored hubbly and a Bond movie. Call it lame but I love it. Listening to deadmau5 and wish I was out in the city. Hopefully tomorrow night I will be. But first I am investing in a brand new helmet as I start riding my GSXR next week. Whoooo I can't wait. Bonkers. I've almost been riding for two years now and it feels like yesterday I sat on the back of my baby's bike for the first time. Maybe a lot of you think it's weird that chicks ride bikes. But I think I'm in love.

I have a few reviews on mud masks, bronzers, self-tans and hair repair products which you should look out for. I hit jackpot this time. But now it's late and until then. Peace and all my love.

More shopping (unfoooortunately) lies ahead. I need new bronzer, hair treatment and wait for iiiit...! Cotton buds. L'Oreal's Elvive's new re-nutrition Hair Mask with royal jelly looks like fun. I might just give it a shot and let you all know how it is. I used to use Schwarzkopf Extra Care Oil Nutritive Repair Butter Mask, and it was quite good. I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5. It's very rich so you don't have to use much. Now next to test!

LOSING IT BUT NOT LOST

I know that the person that these words are meant for is probably too busy to read them. Or doesn't even know that they are here. Either way I need to get this out becuase it's dragging me in to a place I don't want to be.

The past few weeks I know I have been difficult. Angry, busy, rushed, confused and just not with it all the time. Sometimes I am scared to lose what I have with you. I don't want to mess things up like I know I have in the past. You buy me a car, you make me the best food I've ever had, take me on rides, teach me how to turn off the tap... =) I get upset because I can't give you everything that I want to give you. And I don't want to lose you.

You are the best thing in my life, and if I ever made you feel any other way then I am sorry.

My love for you is strong. I just wanted you to know. =)

DAY IN THE PARK

I spent my Saturday in the park. The sun was shining and I was showing off my pasty legs (at their best now, by the way) so I decided to spend a few hours in the park. With my ipod, and Colbie. As sad as that might sound it was awesome. I met a little boy who was advertising Super Shine. Suss?! Hehe he was so cute, out and about with his proud Father... made me nostalgic. I miss my Dad.

Can't wait for summer to get here. Beach, late nights, candles, chillin on the balcony (hopefully on our new outdoor furnitre..!) Mm.. yet to find this summer's drink. Must do some bar hopping once the sun decides to come out, and STAY out. Speaking of drinks, AKON and T-PAIN are playing in Sydney next week. Who's going? I must say I am very tempted. But for now I'm happy to keep working on my non-existent tan.

Got up early today to catch the sun. It gives me strength to face a day full of people who just want want want. As much as I love it there has to be time to breathe. BREATHE! Ha. Can't wait until this week is finished. Much delayed I purchased Colbie Callat's latest album Breakthrough. About half a year to late but with all the love for her I just had to buy it. With money. I bought music with money. Think the last time I did that I was 12. x
