“Inspired by the Constructivist Movement, the new collection of Nowhere is an experimentation of light, abstraction and geometry. The clarity of the garments is challenged through an architectural application of strong lines and semi-transparent materials. Minimal cuts are broken up by linear cut-outs, overlong sleeve and skirt-lengths, strong knits, vertical zippers cutting-across and a mesh-overlay on both clothes, accessories and shoes. The clean palette of black, white and gray is called into question through nude, ice-blue, striped all-over patterns and animal print.”

'Like Floral' Dress by Shilla, Sportsgirl clogs

What's a garden wedding without a floral dress. This little number ended up together with myself in the pool by the end of the night. I bravely fought the idea of taking the party into the pool's waters, and innocently took to the subtle 'feet dipping' by the poolside. What was I thinking?

While I think we all (some more than others...) struggled slightly with champagne hangovers the next day, this was one of the most memorable celebrations I've had. I'm finding myself missing the Bali life already... thank goodness it's only 6 hours away.

We Dye Denim

It's not often I come across a campaign that has been taken through a big thought-process - supporting the brands behind it and showing off the good stuff in a creative way.

So when I was sent the Winter 2012 Surf, Dive & Ski campaign 'We Dye Denim' - there was love. Being a bit of a hobby-creative myself, I really appreciate this celebration of coloured denim in all shapes and colours, brought to you by surf-suited Volcom, Insight, Billabong, RVCA, Element, Roxy and Globe.

The Bali Diaries

Can't say I'm glad to be back from an amazing few days in Bali, some of these images can do the talking. My first time there, but I will without a doubt be back soon. For now I'll just sleep in my Bintang singlet and wash away the remains of seasalt in my hair - til we meet again my friend.

I'm not even going to try to explain the wedding because there are no words that can ever describe the joy, beauty and grandness of that day. And only the best party ends with guest, bridal party AND the bride (yes, dress and all) - end up in the pool. What a day.
